Dispatch :
Your order will be dispatched the same day if placed before 1pm. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the next working day.
Standard delivery is free for all orders over 30 GBP including VAT. For orders under 30 GBP shipping costs of 6 GBP including VAT will be charged.
Delivery:
We deliver to all countries of the European Union from the European Brother Store Websites: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece , Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.
Delivery Exceptions:
We deliver orders to Finland, Denmark, Sweden with exceptions of Greenland , Faroe Island & Åland Island.
We only deliver to United Kingdom territories from the (UK) store.brother.co.uk website
We deliver to Spain including the Baleares Islands. We don’t deliver to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla Islands .
International deliveries are subject to additional delivery charges which are collected at the time of ordering. To avoid this, we advise you to order on the Brother site of the country of delivery.
Delivery Conditions:
For Nordic Countries all goods are delivered with PostNord. We deliver Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. In general, you can expect to receive your order within 5 working days after you have received your order confirmation. Delivery to islands and more remote areas may take longer. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If you shop as "Private", the item is delivered as "MyPack" and must be picked up at a PostNord delivery point. If you shop as "Business", the item is delivered as "Parcel" directly to your business address.
For all other countries (except Nordics), all items are delivered by courier service. We deliver Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. As a general rule, you should expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days of order confirmation - except for islands and remote, non-mainland territories, delivery to these locations may take longer. Please note that these times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If no one present at the address to accept the delivery, our shipping partners will leave a message with information on how to arrange a new delivery time. If you do not contact us and agree a new delivery time, we will contact you for further instructions. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or agree a new delivery time, we may cancel the order and refund payment for the products you have paid for but not yet received.
Tracking:
You will receive tracking information which will allow you to get the exact information from the carrier on when your item(s) will be delivered.
